With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I learned to reduce costs by eliminating waste and optimizing sensible improvements. For many organizations, I have saved millions of dollars by helping them make better decisions about their workflows, products, and decisions. I bring sophisticated statistical analysis, agile methodology, research, and the DMAIC approach to scientifically eliminate persistent problems.

User Experience

Organizational interventions should be centered in exceptional user experience design. Too often learning is a chore and intrusion into employees' workflows. Learning design that considers the human who will consume or adopt a improvement should be optimized for use. I use ethnographic research, testing, rapid-prototyping and observation to quickly understand needs of people at work. With thoughtful analysis, metrics, human factors and psychology, needs are identified and clearly articulated to help zero in on the right solutions.

Leadership

Someone asked me about my leadership style. I replied, "Human." As human beings, we are all fallible and have areas we want to improve. My strength is in developing others to deliver their best performance and make their greatest contribution. It isn't just about telling people what to do, but guiding, nudging, teaching, and setting examples. Most importantly, it's about partnering to help.
